WHAT: The Division 28 Conclave is the time and place to elect the next Lieutenant Governor that will serve for the 2012-2013 Key Club term. For Division 28 North, we will be voting for the next Division 28 Lieutenant Governor amongst different candidates based on factors such as their merit, ability, speech, caucus session, and others!
Should be a great election, about 7 candidates per division this year
